Administrative Staff/Senior Staff Roles
are paid on a different scale based on qualifications. Positions
include: Girls Head Counselor, Boys Head Counselor, Trips
Coordinator, CILT Trainer, Waterfront Director, Activity
Director, P.M. Director and Head Lifeguard. Salary range for
administrative positions range from $350 to $800 per week.
*Additional benefits to Salary provided by camp are weekly
laundry service, full room and board.
*All bonuses are paid only upon successful completion of entire
summer contract.
All Skylake staff members are required to
possess Red Cross certifications in First Aid, CPR and
Lifeguarding. A limited number of openings are available for
pre-approved staff to receive these certifications at Skylake in
the week prior to traditional staff training. Those staff
members obtaining their lifeguard certification at Skylake will
be charged $250 for the course.
